9. Many eggs and much sugar

În limba engleză, substantivele pot fi numărabile sau nenumărabile. După cum ai aflat în secțiunea Vocabulary, substantivele numărabile se pot număra în felul următor: one egg - two eggs. Pentru substantivele nenumărabile nu putem face același lucru.

Pe any îl folosim (deocamdată) atunci când întrebăm:

Substantivele nenumărabile pot fi cuantificate și prin alte structuri ajutătoare (care sunt, de fapt, substantive numărabile).
